Instructions
Step 1
To a large bowl, Crack your two eggs and whisk
Once fully combined add in milk and stir untill fully mixed. Set mixture aside.
Step 2
Cut 2 chicken breast into nugget shapes
Step 3
Place chicken into egg and milk solution and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Put flour, salt,bread crumbs, pepper, and cayenne pepper into a separate bowl and stir until fully combined.
Step 5
After chicken is done marinating, place it into the bread crumb mixture until fully covered, place in separate bowl, repeat until all chicken is covered.
Step 6
Pour peanut oil into pot, turn on burner to medium heat and let it boil.
Step 7
Once oil comes to a bubble, using tongs place chicken into oil.
Step 8
Once chicken is browned take out and place on a paper towel covered plate.
Step 9
Repeat until all chicken is cooked
