Instructions
Step 1
Chop the chocolates into small pieces and melt them in the butter.
Step 2
Stir in the Creme Fraiche and let the mixture cool off
Step 3
Preheat oven to 180° using top/ bottom heat (fan will dry the brownies out)
Step 4
Mix the Eggs, sugar and salt for at least 5 minutes (mixture should be nice and foamy)
Step 5
Slowly stir in the cooled off chocolate mixture then the flour, almond, baking powder and coco powder
Step 6
Butter up a baking pan and cover it out with breadcrumbs.
Step 7
Full pan with mixture and bake in the middle of oven for 30-40 minutes. The middle should still be wet and can be tested with a tooth pick
Step 8
Let cool and cut then into little square. Optionally you can cover with powder sugar.
