Instructions
Step 1
Roast pecan nuts
Step 2
Add chicken breast filets on the upper part of the Varoma and sprinkle with vegetable bouillon
Step 3
Add water to the mixer and steam 22min / Varoma / speed 1. Let the chicken cool and slice. Clean the mixer

Add garlic to mixer 3 sec / speed 7
Step 5
Add yolk, mustard and leave thermomix swirl on speed 4 and add slowly the olive oil through the opening of the mixer. Add a bit of water. Add lime juice, yogurt, Worcester sauce and cayenne pepper.
Salad
Step 6
Serve lettuce topped with chicken, apple slices, pecan nuts, raisins. Drizzle sauce and add Parmesan cheese and finish off with some ground pepper
