Instructions

Step 1
1. Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans, put them in a medium saucepan, add a pinch of baking soda and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain. 2. Place hot garbanzo beans in food processor and add tahini, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, fresh ground pepper and 1/2 tsp garlic power and process adding 2+ tbsp water to get desired consistency.
