Instructions

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Mix wet ingredients in a medium m8xing bowl.
Step 3
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just moist.
Step 4
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
Step 5
Bake at 350F for 45 mins or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Step 6
Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan.
