Cook Pasta
Step 2
Trim and Thinly slice scallions, separating whites and greens
Step 3
Put 6 tbsp butter and Scallions in pot used for pasta over med/high heat
Step 4
Once scallions soft, add 6 tbsp flour and season with salt and pepper
Step 5
Whisk in 35 oz of milk and bring to a boil; let bubble and thicken for ~2 mins
Step 6
Whisk in 3 cups monterey jack cheese and 12 tbsp sour cream
