Instructions
Step 1
Combine seasoning together. Rub on pork tenderloin and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in fridge for 4 hours.
Step 2
Prep vegetables and preheat oven to 375F
Step 3
Unwrap pork tenderloin and tie butches string around it in several places tightly leaving 1-2 inches space between each knot. Then wrap with bacon.
Step 4
Make oil and balsamic vinegar glaze and brush over meat. Place vegetables evenly around meat in casserole dish and place in the oven.
Step 5
Cook for 1 hour or until internal temperature is 165F
Step 6
Let rest 10 minutes and then serve and enjoy!
