Instructions

Step 1
Bottom layer Mix cake mix, butter, nuts and 1 egg together with fork until crumbly-spread and press to spread evenly in greased 13x9 pan.
Step 2
Top layer Use mixer to blend confectioner's sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs until creamy. Pour over bottom layer. Spread evenly over bottom layer.
Step 3
Bake 40-45 minutes at 350. Top layer should be light golden.
