Step 1
Melt the butter on low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Stir in pumpkin spice. Add Cheerios and mix well. Form into balls the size of a clementine. You can make a small indent on the top where the stem will go but not necessary. Melt the white chocolate fro 1 minute stirring every 30 seconds. Add 8 drops of the food coloring and mix well. Pour the chocolate into a piping bag or small ziplock bag. Cut a small hole in corner of bag. Pipe a dollop of chocolate in the middle top of the pumpkin where the stem will go. Then you can continue piping a little line from the middle down in four corners of the pumpkin to resemble the leaves. Place a chocolate truffle in the middle of the icing and then a leaf (optional) in the icing next to the stem. Can be stored, covered, at room temperature
