Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients into a large pan. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Transfer ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until purée forms. Place purée back on heat and let simmer until jam reaches 200 degrees.
Step 2
Boil jars in water for 15 min. Boil lids for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Fill jam jars leaving 1 inch from the rim. Screw lids on making sure to not over tighten. Place jars into a large pot if boiling water and process for 15 minutes. Remove from pot and let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
