Air fryer roast chicken

Step 1

In a pestle and mortar mix all ingredients into a paste. Coat chicken evenly and put half a lemon into the cavity. Place the chicken breast side down into the air fryer and cook for 30 mins at 180 degrees Celsius. Turn chicken over and cook for another 30 mins.
