Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170 C
Step 2
Mash the ripe bananas

Step 3
Mix the sugar, butter and mashed bananas




Step 4
Mix in the eggs


Step 5
Mix in the flour and leave some aside to coat the chips


Step 6
Add the flour coated chips (so that they do not fall to the bottom)


Step 7
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured tall loaf pan

Step 8
Put it in the oven for 45 minutes or until you stick a knife in the middle and it comes out clean and not full of batter
