Instructions
Step 1
In large skillet, melt butter with oil.
Step 2
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute

Add wine, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and black pepper and bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Let wine reduce by half, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Add shrimp and sautee until they just turn pink about 2-4 minutes, depending on their size.
Step 6
Stir the parsley and lemon juice in and serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
