Instructions

Melt butter and shortening in foil lined 9X13 pan in 425° oven

Mix flour, pepper and ginger in a Ziploc bag

Coat chicken in flour mixture

Put skin side down.

Bake 30 min at 450°
Step 6
Turn and bake 15 more minutes
Step 7
Transfer chicken to foil lined pan
Step 8
Cover with sauce
Step 9
Bake 15 min while spooning sauce over chicken every 5 min
