For the batter butter mix

Just mix all the batter dyr mix ingredients together

Put the sour cream and milk 2 a bowl and mix together

To make the batter

Add a little of the batter dry mix to the batter butter mix and continue creaming them then add a little of the batter wet mix and cream some more.
Carry on repeating this process until all are 1 well creamed batter mix
