Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350C° gas mark 4
OvenPreheat
Step 2
Brush the melted butter all around the inside of a 9 inch pie dish swell it around covering everywhere
Step 3
Evenly sprinkle the soft brown sugar all around the inside of the pie dish
Step 4
Remove the pineapple rings from the can and use a proper towel to dab them dry
Step 5
Line the inside of the pie dish with the pineapple rings
Start with 1 in the centre they spread the rest around it Cut some of the pineapple rings in half to put around the side of the pie dish

Place the cherrys in all the gaps in between the pineapple
Then set aside
For the batter butter mix
Step 7
Use a hand mixer to cream the butter and sugar together Add the eggs in 1 at a time.e while mixing Add the vanilla extract
For the batter dry mix
Step 8
Just mix all the batter dyr mix ingredients together
For the batter wet mix
Step 9
Put the sour cream and milk 2 a bowl and mix together
To make the batter
Step 10
Add a little of the batter dry mix to the batter butter mix and continue creaming them then add a little of the batter wet mix and cream some more.
Carry on repeating this process until all are 1 well creamed batter mix
Step 11
Carefully pour the batter mix into the pie dish then level it off with a spatula
Step 12
Bake in the oven for 45 minute 350C° gas mark 4
