Dry Ingredients

1 ¾ cupsflour

½ teaspoonbaking powder

1 teaspoonbaking soda

¼ teaspoonsalt

3 ¼ tablespoonpumpkin spice mix

¾ teaspooncinnamon

½ teaspoonginger

¼ teaspooncloves

¼ teaspoonallspice

0.25 Teaspoonnutmeg

¼ teaspooncardamom

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 8x4 inch loaf pan.

Step 2
Beat the eggs, sugars and vanilla together in an electric mixer on high speed for 30 seconds.




Step 3
Add wet ingredients, pumpkin bread, oil


Step 4
Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, if desired.











Step 5
Bake 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 6
Let cool in pan 10 minutes, and then turn onto cooling rack to cool completely.
Step 7
Cut into 8 thick slices for a Starbucks pumpkin experience!
