Were thrilled you guys have been loving our dips, so here's version #3 for you all...our Garlic Bread Dip! This one is a true stunner! So easy to make and literally tastes like garlic bread in dip form. It makes an awesome appetizer for any kind of get together!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.

2. Place garlic and shallots over a sheet of foil and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap completely in foil and roast for about 1 hour.

3. Allow garlic and shallots to cool completely before removing from foil.
Step 4
4. Squeeze cooled cloves and shallots from skins into a mixing bowl and beat into a smooth paste with a fork.
Step 5
5. Add remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and stir together until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper and stir again.
Step 6
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (but longer, up to 12 hours is better), to allow the flavors to come together.
Step 7
7. Serve with crusty bread, crostini, and/or crudité.
