Instructions

Step 1
Place raw potato wedges in a bowl and add cold water and 2 cups ice cups. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes, then drain them and pat them dry with paper towel.
Step 2
Preheat air fryer to 400 F
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss until the potatoes are nicely covered with seasoning.
Step 4
Place wedges in basket of the air fryer and cook for 23 minutes. Shake the basket every 5 minutes.
