Instructions

Step 1
1. In a food processor, add dates, oats, apple, flaxseed, almond meal, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg, process until well combined.

2. Portion the date mixture into tablespoon quantities and roll into balls. Toss each ball in coconut until coated then place on a tray.

3. Place the tray in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.

4. Store in the fridge to have throughout the week.
