Instructions

Step 1
Measure out the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk into a large kettle. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium, continue stirring constantly for 5 minuets. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stir till melted. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla.
Step 2
Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Chill for 3 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated, if you leave it out it'll become too soft.
