3 Ingredient Vegan and Gluten Free Friendly Plain Bagels! This bagel requires just 3 ingredients to make and can be made in less than 30 minutes, start to finish. SAVE this recipe for later or SEND it to a friend 🥯 . Ingredients: 1 cup flour of choice (all purpose, whole wheat, or a 1-1 all purpose gluten free flour blend) 1/2 cup unsweetened plain yogurt of choice (dairy free or regular) 1 tsp baking powder . Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350° and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. While the oven preheats, mix together the bagel ingredients in a small dish until a dough forms. Depending on the type of flour you use, you may need to use a little more or less yogurt/flour to get the right consistency. You want the dough moist but not too sticky. 3. Transfer your dough to a floured surface and roll it out gently with the palm of your hand until it is about 9 inches long. 4. Pinch the two ends of your dough together to form a circular bagel shape. 5. Transfer the bagel to the lined baking sheet. 6. Spray the top and sides of your bagel with cooking spray and sprinkle with sea salt. 7. Bake the bagel for 25-30 minutes. 8. Once the bagel has finished baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool. 9. Once cooled, slice your bagel, toast, top, and enjoy! . Recipe Notes: If you try using Greek yogurt, you may need to add a little more because it’s so thick! . What bagel flavors do you want to see next? Comment below and let me know. Happy Tuesday! 🥳 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
