Instructions
Step 1
Start with one mashed banana, whisk in the egg. Add vanilla extract, almond milk and melted butter.
Step 2
In a separate bowl add all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking soda, chocolate chips, and brown sugar. Mix and then combine with the first bowl.
Step 3
Microwave for about 2 1/2 minutes.
Step 4
You will know that banana bread is done when it separates from the bowl.
