Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle a little sugar on the raspberries and pop into the fridge

Melt the chocolate and butter over a bain-marie.
Step 3
Line your moulds with butter
Step 4
Lift together the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl
Step 5
Incorporate chocolate with eggs mixture
Step 6
Sift in the flour and fold
Step 7
Pour in to the moulds, put in the fridge
Step 8
Pre-heat the oven to 210degrees fan assisted and bake for 10 mins 30 seconds. Serve straight away.
