Ingredients
4 servings
1.5kgTandoori chicken pieces
600mlfresh cream
300gtomato paste
3 tablespoonsbutter
fenugreek leaves
3 tablespoonsdried fenugreek leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add tomato paste and mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add 200ml of water, mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add jucies of chicken if made in the oven, cook until oil comes to top of sauce.
Step 5
Add chicken pieces and stir to coat well in sauce. simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the cream and mix well. simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Warm up fenugreek leaves in Microwave for 20 seconds to bring out aroma. Add to curry and mix well. Simmer for 2 minutes, then serve.
