For the Margarita

3 ozTequila

1.5 ozCointreau
or orange liqueur

1 ozfresh lime juice

1 ozfresh lemon juice

1 ozfresh orange juice

1 ozRosemary simple syrup
Cranberry sugar
or regular sugar for rim
1cranberry ice cube
large, or 4 oz cranberry juice

rosemary sprig

Instructions
Rosemary Simple Syrup
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan on medium high heat. Once it reaches a boil, give it a stir and simmer until the rosemary leaves dull in color and the sugar dissolves, 10 to 15 minutes.
Margarita
Step 2
Rim a 12-ounce glass with the cranberry sugar and add the cranberry ice cube or cranberry juice (if using cranberry juice, add ice to the glass. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice, shake vigorously and pour into the glass.
