Instructions

Step 1
preheat over to 180 degree C
Step 2
Add rice to bottom of oven proof dish
Step 3
Add prawns, chopped courgette and sugar snaps
Step 4
Add butter and chicken stock with 200ml water (or enough to cover rice)
Step 5
Cover with tinfoil and cook in over for 25-30 minutes or until rice is cooked
