Instructions
Step 1
In large pot, add butter and olive oil, add sliced onion and garlic. Stir every 2 minutes on slow heat
Step 2
Gradually add the remaining vegetables and stir every few minutes, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Add thinly sliced leaks and cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add hot chicken or vegetable broth and cook for about 15 minutes or until all vegetables are soft.
Step 5
Add milk or heavy cream
Step 6
Lastly put in the blender and enjoy.
