sliced into strips

Step 1
Saute onions in Insta-pot until just soft, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add potatoes, beans, bouillon, garlic powder, chili powder, & salt.
Step 3
Add kale and close Insta-pot cover.
Step 4
Set for chili/bean setting - should set for 30:00
