Instructions
Step 1
Cook the gnocchi according to packet instructions. Melt the oil in a wide non-stick frying pan. Add the pancetta, onion, garlic and chilli and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in the vinegar and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes or until the tomatoes break down and turn mushy, adding a splash of water if needed. Season and stir in the ham, gnocchi and rocket.
Step 3
Toss to mix well and heat for 1-2 minutes, or until piping hot.
