2 Tbssesame oil
1 Tbspeanut oil
3 Tbsfresh ginger
4green onions
2 bunchesfresh broccoli
chopped
1 poundfresh green beans
chopped
3carrots
peeled with pealer
1 cupmushrooms sliced
2tomatoes
chopped
2 Tbssoy sauce
2 Tbshoisin sauce
2cloves garlic
3 cupsKale
spinach, bok choy
1can water chestnuts
drained or Jicama
1 cuppeas
Instructions
Step 1

Add Oils to large skillet or pot
sauté green onion, garlic, ginger until soft
Step 2

add mushrooms, green beans, carrots, tomatoes, and broccoli. Stir fry for 10 minutes.
Step 3

add greens stir until wilted.
Step 4

add in brown rice, water chestnuts or Jicama, peas, soy sauce , and hoisin sauce.
Step 5

Stir, Mix and Serve
