Instructions
Step 1
Cut off the edges of the toast and flatten it with a rolling pin.
Step 2
Spread on the lotus biscoff spread leaving a 0,5cm margin.
Step 3
Cut the banana into thin slices and add it to the toast.
Step 4
Place the other slice on top and press the 2 slices together with a fork.
Step 5
Whisk the egg and milk in a flat plate. Add the cinnamon cereal to another flat plate and crunch them a little bit.
Step 6
Soak the toast in the egg mixture and then in the cereals.
Step 7
In a pan heat up the butter. Fry the toast on medium heat until crispy and golden brown.
