Step 1
Slice pork into small strips or cubed.Discarding white fat.
Step 2
Heat oil in frying pan and cook pork and garlic
Step 3
move pork to one side of the pan and fry the mixed egg on the remaining side
Step 4
cooked peas in microwave until done-7 minutes?
Step 5
combine hoisin sauce and sesame seeds with the pork.
Step 6
add cooked white rice,breaking up the large peices.
Step 7
add the strained peas and soy sauce.keep mixing until the white rice has all turned soy sauce colour.
