.2.Add chicken to a bowl, then add 2 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 pinches of salt, ground pepper,2 tbsp garlic powder, 1-1.5 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp oregano, 1/2 to 1 tsp cayenne pepper, and 1 tbsp baking powder. Give everything a really good massage to make sure the chicken is evenly coated on all sides.
3.Cover the chicken, and let it soak in the flavors for 15 minutes if you can.
4. 400 degrees in air fryer for 25 minutes; 10 min skin down, the 15 min skin up.
5. served these with a simple avocado cremaI made, but this part is completely optional. In a food processor blend together 1/2 a large avocado, a large handful fresh cilantro, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp greek yogurt (or sour cream), juice of 2 large limes, a couple pinches salt, 1 tbsp chile lime seasoning. Process well, then adjust to taste.
