Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 385F. Place water to boil and oil to fry. While everything is heating up, chop up your onion and garlic. Slice your mozzarella and get the basil leaves you need.
Step 2
Once water has begun to boil, add in your two cups of penne.
Step 3
Add chicken Nuggets to oil and begin to fry.
Step 4
When pasta is done save 1/3 cup of the pasta water then drain and rinse the pasta. You don’t want it too salty.
Step 5
Flip the chicken and fry in other side and when done drain on a rack or place in a paper towel covered plate.
Step 6
Mix onion, garlic, pasta water, pasta, olive oil, salt to taste, black pepper to taste, and cheddar cheese together in your casserole dish.
Step 7
Then place chicken Nuggets evenly on top.
Step 8
Then poor sauce over the pasta and chicken Nuggets. Put 1/3 water in the jar and get all the tomato sauce out. Make sure to poor in the noodles and not the chicken.

Then add basil leaves and then top with sliced fresh mozzarella.
Step 10
Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes in the oven.
Step 11
Uncover and cook for 10-15 minutes in broil until bubbly and desired look.
Step 12
Let sit 20 minutes while you make a side salad or bread or both.
Step 13
Serve and top with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy y’all!
