Instructions
Step 1
Peel and rinse potatoes, cut into chunks, place in boiler, cover with water adding a teaspoon of salt and gently boil until tender. Be careful not to overcook which will make the potato mushy.
Step 2
Drain the potatoes well, while they are hot, add the butter and mash until there are no lumps. Add onion powder and sour cream and continue to mash until you have a smooth consistency then start adding milk while mashing until you reach the desired creamy mixture.
Step 3
Note: To make vegan version use Nuttelex Buttery in place of the butter, vegan cream in place of the sour cream and a milk substitute such as soy or almond milk.
