Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.

Add onion and bell pepper and cook 4 minutes.

Add sausage and cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, until seared and no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
