Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice and lap cheung in rice cooker.
Step 2
Chop up lap cheung.
Step 3
Fry oil, white pepper, lap cheung, carrot and optional cooked meat in pan.
Step 4
Add whisked egg and scramble.
Step 5
Add rice and stir.
Step 6
Add soy sauce, rice wine and sugar, taste and stir.
Step 7
Add peas.
Step 8
Add spring onions.
Step 9
Adjust to taste. Add sesame oil.
Step 10
Serve.
