200g豬肉

Instructions

Step 1
免治豬肉加入豉油、糖、粟粉和水拌勻,醃約10分鐘。
Step 2
秋葵洗淨去掉頂部,斜切段。 蒜頭切蓉。
Step 3
燒熱鑊落油,下蒜蓉爆香,放入豬肉炒勻。
Step 4
下秋葵、少許水、蠔油、麻油拌炒至收汁即成。
