Instructions

Step 1
Place cinnamon rolls separately on a rack. Spray top and bottom with butter Pam and cook.
Step 2
In a medium copper skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of butter, stirring until it is a golden caramel. Add almond extract to taste.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, melt one tablespoon of butter and allow the mint to steep
Step 4
When the rolls are finished, add the sliced bananas to the caramel mix. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, stir the cinnamon roll frosting into the minted butter. When melted, glaze rolls generously.
Step 6
Garnish with toasted nuts, chocolate shavings, and/or tart berries.
