Step 1
bring a 12 inch nonstick pan to medium heat

(spray with nonstick spray for extra slip.)

place your 28g of turkey pepperoni/canadian bacon in the pan and cook for 1-2 mins.

trickle a quarter of your 56 fat free mozarella with your meats.
Step 5
pour 100g of egg white onto the pan and cook until you see the liquid on top start to dissolve.
Step 6
place your 63g of pizza squeeze on top and spread evenly.
Step 7
place the rest of your fat free mozzarella on top and cover with your tortilla.
Step 8
place a lid over the top for 1 minute.
Step 9
Flip your pizza onto a plate and place back in the pan for another minute (until tortilla starts to get golden brown).
Step 10
plate, dice, add a little parmesan on top.
