Step 1
In a deep bowl, mix the sugar and flour.
Step 2
Add the ghee to the mixture, mix well by food processor or by hand, until the dough sticks (you can add an additional spoonful of ghee if the dough still sticky).

Keep the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Step 5
Roll the dough and cut it into a round shape small pieces, and line up on a greased tray.
Step 6
Place the tray in the middle rack of the oven for 7 minutes then transfer it to the upper rack and leave it for 5 to 8 minutes.
Step 7
Leave the Ghraybeh in the tray until it cools at room temperature, then take it out of the tray and put it on a serving dish.
