Step 1

Jalapeño Citrus Syrup: Combine 15 ounce (3parts) jalapeño juice, 5 ounce (1part) lemon juice and equal parts sugar to juice blend. Whisk and let rest 30min before use

Step 2

Combine mezcal, bloody mary mix, jalapeno syrup and lime juice in a shaker. Shake, until the shaker is frosty and double strain over rocks into your favorite cocktail glass. Top with your favorite Mexican Lager.
