Shrimp spring rolls

Fresh and delicious spring rolls filled with lots of crunchy veggies, siracha , shrimp and a peanut dipping sauce on the side . Serve with edamame sprinkled with sea salt

Instructions
Step 1
Soak one rice paper at a time in warm water until soft and pliable .
Step 2
Assemble - layer all veggies and shrimp and thin line of siracha and roll.
Step 3
Mix peanut butter , coconut aminos, cilantro, sriracha and sesame seeds in small bowl for dipping sauce .
Step 4
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of rolls
Step 5
Serve with a side of edamame
