Instructions
Step 1
Mix crust ingredients then add to pan, use bottom and sides of measuring cup to pack in the sides and bottom, put in freezer while making filling
Step 2
Using mixer with whisk, whip cream into whipped cream 4-5min at med high speed
Step 3
Mixer with paddle attach, beat cream cheese, sugar together, then add confectioners sugar, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat until smooth
Step 4
Use spatula to fold whipped cream in, then add to pan, cover and freeze. It will make it easier to remove from springform pan.
