Asparagus and Shrimp Pan Dinner

Instructions

Step 1
Thaw shrimp directly in water for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat broiler to high.
Step 3
Trim asparagus and place in sheet pan, add garlic and lemon zest.
Step 4
Peel shallots and onion and cut into pieces, about the size of the shrimp. Place in pan.
Step 5
Shuck corn and rub with butter. Add to pan.
Step 6
Dry the shrimp well and spread out on pan, Season them well with Old Bay.
Step 7
Season everything with salt and pepper and then coat with olive oil.
Step 8
Place pan in oven for six to eight minutes, flip everything halfway through.
Step 9
Dress with parsley and squeezed lemon juice and serve hot.
