Swap walnuts for a seed, i.e. sunflower or pepitas, for something different.
Use an egg replacement and swap yoghurt for a plant based alternative.
Freeze once completely cooled and sliced.
Defrost and serve with fresh berries and yoghurt.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and line a slice tin with baking paper.
Step 2
To a large mixing bowl add flour, cacao, baking powder, walnuts and a pinch of salt. Mix to combine.
Step 3
To a separate mixing bowl, add maple syrup, egg, milk, coconut oil and vanilla essence and stir well to combine.
Step 4
Fold the wet ingredients through the dry ingredients until well combined.
Step 5
Pour into the lined slice tin and smooth over the surface to make sure its evenly spread across the tin and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Step 6
Remove from oven and allow to cool. Slice and serve with yoghurt and berries.
