Instructions
Step 1
Heat Olive oil in a pan and add garlic and stir for a couple of seconds and add butter and melt
Step 2
Pour in passata and season well, bring to boil and reduce heat and allow to simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in cream and sugar, heat for 1-2 minutes
Step 4
Cook gnocchi according to packet instructions, add into sauce with mozzarella, Parmesan and basil and mix through
Step 5
Serve with grated parmesan
