Roasted butternut squash with sage butter

Instructions

Step 1
Cube about 8 cups of butternut squash
Step 2
Place on baking sheet with olive oil , salt , pepper and cinnamon to coat . Mix and spread out on pan
Step 3
Cook squash at 400° for about 40 minutes until soft and slightly golden.
Step 4
In a saucepan add 4 Pat's of butter , 4 tbsp fresh chopped sage , salt and pepper . Cook on medium stirring butter mixture often. Let pan sit on low heat to stay warm until squash is done .
Step 5
Take squash out of oven and add to large bowl, pour butter sage over squash and mix to coat .
