Instructions
Step 1
Put oats, flax, chia, and apricots into a 1/2 pint mason jar. Stir.
Step 2
Add boiling water. Close jar lid and place jar in fridge overnight.
Step 3
Open jar and put contents into microwave safe bowl.
Step 4
Add 1 TBSP milk.
Step 5
Microwave on high for 30 sec.
Step 6
Remove bowl and stir.
Step 7
Add 1 TBSP milk.
Step 8
Microwave on high for 30 sec.
Step 9
Remove and add remaining milk.
Step 10
Eat and wake up.
