Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a large mixing bowl, add your mayo, boiling water, mustard powder, vinegar, cottage cheese, and spices; give it a generous stir before you sieve your flour in.

Add your shredded chicken and sliced mushrooms.

Combine well and transfer to an oven-safe dish.
